1. Progress status

The kick-off meeting was held on 20 October 2008 as a teleconference. Participants were Annika Tenho (Estec), Hugh Evans (Estec), Lars Eliasson (IRF), and Peter Wintoft (IRF).

A web page has been set up with link to internal pages. Address: http://www.lund.irf.se/odi.

A software version control system has been set up (subversion).

Work on the identification of the ODI metadata has started. For this the metadata in SAAPS/SEDAT/SPENVIS/PRBEM has been studied.

Possible links with SEPEM has been discussed.

5. Action items

From Negotiation Meeting:

Action item 1: Peter Wintoft shall update Slide 5 of the presentation with the database tools as the interface between the SQL database and the SAAPS/SPENVIS/SEDAT tools.

Action item 2: Annika Tenho shall send a draft contract for approval to L. Eliasson after acceptance of the minutes from this meeting.

Both action are closed. Updated slide was sent 2008-10-20 and draft contract the same day.

6. Milestone payment status

Advance payment invoice will be sent via EFIS during November.

7. Expected dates for major schedule items

Preliminary date for the first Progress Meeting is January 15, 2009 in Leuven.
